At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:
In this role you will work closely with the Head of Risk covering independently all relevant Compliance/AML topics. Furthermore, you contribute on Risk Management topics including ESG aspects based on your specific experience. You support and enable Earlybird’s Digital West and Growth Funds as well as our Management companies with a variety of expertise areas.
- Taking ownership for the Compliance/AML related monitoring, analysis, evaluation and documentation of legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting independent analysis of possible compliance risks, identifying action items, and as needed, coordinating with external legal specialists
- Driving internal trainings on relevant compliance topics to help ensure a uniform compliance culture across the company
- Being responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly Compliance/AML related risk management/assessment and issue reporting
- Being the main point of contact for supervisory authorities, internal and external auditors, lawyers, and tax consultants with respect to Compliance/AML
- Supporting on Risk Management processes on KVG and fund level comprising relevant risk categories including IT risks
- Contribute to further strengthen Earlybird’s ESG strategy
