At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:
  • Working closely with the Earlybird Digital West's HR function, you'll support a variety of projects targeting our Portfolio Companies including orchestrating benchmarks, co-developing a Talent playbook for young startups, researching best-in-practice software tools and helping to drive executive searches
  • Collaboration with our Marketing and Communications team for startup community-building efforts
  • Managing internal candidate communication via our ATS
  • Building out our network of startup enthusiasts via LinkedIn, Twitter, and other selected channels
  • Ownership for specific projects
  • Learning every day!
What we hope you bring to the role:
  • Academic studies (completed Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree in-progress) with very strong grades
  • Work or internship experience in Tech or C-Level recruitment and/or employer branding and/or HR business-partnering in a global company
  • Very high emotional intelligence skills, stakeholder management abilities and attention to detail
  • Solid skills in the Microsoft software suite in addition to market-leading ATS & HRM tools 
  • Passion and interest for the European startup ecosystem and a growing understanding of the Venture Capital industry
  • Curiosity, team-player, open-mindedness, global mindset and networking skills
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus!)
