About You
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle in our German and UK offices. In this part-time role, you’ll handle employment contracts, executive compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and support initiatives like biannual performance reviews.
Ideally, you are skilled with HRM, ATS, employee engagement tools, and Notion, and have expertise in German labor law (UK knowledge is a plus). With a structured yet empathetic approach, you’ll ensure smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.
You’ll be supported by our Senior HR Manager and mentored by the VP of People & Community in this impactful, flexible role.
